This wiki and related content can be accessed and navigated via multiple means:

• start from the guidance, to understand the cognitive context and set-up of this wiki.
• move up in the texts hierarchy by using the breadcrumbs and related navigation that appears at the top of the page (below the navigation pane);
• use the top-bar drop-down menus to navigate to particular sections of the wiki, or to specific entity definitions;
• use the search button for finding paragraphs that use a certain term;
• use page-tags to find sections that cover specific keywords.

• Multi-stakeholder initiatives must balance many stakeholders' perspectives on what is effective and fair, what is comprehensive and balanced. They must also reflect the baseline and constraints of these stakeholders, and consider them in making a blueprint for the improvements.
• Each stakeholder has its own benefit-cost expectations, and by reasoning translates these into changes to the current situation, taking into consideration values and indicators to measure these.
• Critical issues emerge where expectations are translated into conflicting constructs, or where constraints are neglected.
• For an open and transparent negotiation it is KEY that the expectations by various stakeholders are TRACEABLE to their baseline and to values and indicators.
• For an effective implementation it is key that change activities progress gradually from the current baseline, and that they comply to constraints.

• Standardized expression of benefit-cost expectations by the stakeholders in new initiatives will facilitate thorough discussion in the negotiation arena.
• Back and forth expansion, in-depth, and in-context, of justifications for either option or alternative, supported by shared and reused indicator profiles, builds trust and awareness, while exposing stakeholder assumptions, as well as resource and mechanism attributes and factor-dependencies that may harm the intended outcome for either party or constituency.

• If the contents of the constraint dictionary is insufficient or incomplete to support your initiative, then consider making maintenance requests to the maintenance organisation.
